Computational Biologist
Konstantin is a computational biologist with a PhD from the Technical University of Munich (TUM). His research uses transformer-based protein language models to predict protein structure and function from sequence alone, including how individual mutations change a protein’s shape. He brings 10+ years of software-engineering and machine learning experience.
